A neighborhood shop, run the way one should be.
Fort Washington Muffler and Welding is an independent Oxon Hill repair shop built on one idea: treat people the way you would want your own family treated. Show you the problem, fix it right, and stand behind the work. Our focus: exhaust, muffler and welding work on cars, trucks, SUVs and vans of every make.
Built on showing, not telling.
Every car comes up on the lift and you see what we see: the rusted-through pipe, the blown-out muffler, the cracked flex joint, before anyone quotes a price. If it can be repaired instead of replaced, we tell you that too.
What we will not do.
We will not scare you into a repair, pad an estimate with parts your car does not need, or start work you did not approve. And we will not treat you differently because you do not know cars, that is exactly why you came to us.
Four promises, and we keep them.
Show, do not tell
